Our client based in Poole, Dorset are recruiting for a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a professional, well established, fast growing, elite Estate Agencies.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for the whole property sales process from initial applicant enquiry through to completion.
• Register applicants
• Conduct market valuations
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
• Close deals
• Canvass for new business opportunities and conduct market valuations
• Achieve pre-agreed targets

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in property sales or estate agency, Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets, be self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, be professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic. You are also required to have a full and clean UK driving license.
