Workforce Planning Advisor - 12 month FTC - up to £35k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Planner to join my clients Organisational Development team. You will seek to understand and support the challenges and changes the organisation is making and develop solutions to meet them.

You will be required to help understand and describe the resourcing needs and work with colleagues to create strategies to attract, develop and retain the skills and talent that is required to deliver the business plan. Reporting will also be high on the list of your priorities, and you will be responsible for developing metrics to measure return on investment for all resourcing activities.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing, developing and project managing a range of people planning activities, you will be both analytical and comfortable working with data and creative in your thought process, assuming the role of a proactive problem solver independently and working with team members. You will have highly developed skills in networking, collaborating and influencing as you will be working with key stakeholders to provide information that meets their needs, and plan and implement initiatives that enhance the organisation.
