1st/2nd Line Support Engineer required to join a Poole based organisation. The successful 1st / 2nd line Support Engineer will take responsibility for servicing both hardware and software support queries / issues from internal users across the organisation.
Duties to include both PC/MAC Hardware and software support via telephone help desk and face to
face support. In addition, the engineer will also take responsibility for setting up new users, supporting telephone systems and ensured that queries or incidents are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Technical skills required for the role: Windows XP/7, Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server and further skills such as IBM i5/AS400, T-SQL.
As this role involves site travel a full driving license is essential.
