Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recuriting a Management Accountant for a successful manufacturing/distribution company based in Poole.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have responsibility for overseeing 2 staff, undertaking journal preparation, analysing sales profitability and liaising with the sales team on a daily basis, assisting with budget preparation, analysis of variances and reporting on trends and production of monthly management accounts and year end accounts.

Lots of opportunity to grow the job in the future and develop your own team. Qualified (ACCA/ACMA) would be preferred with good accounts and management experience. A Finalist or someone Qualified by Experience would not be ruled out depending on experience. Good Excel, strong attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team would all be required to fulfil this role. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
