HR Administrator - Poole - Temporary up to 1 year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator within this highly prestigious organisation.
Job Overview
Carry out the administrative tasks required within the HR Department in an efficient and effective way
Key Responsibilities
•To provide consistent high quality proactive and reactive HR administration
•Handle telephone, email and face to face enquiries in a discreet and credible manner
•To provide guidance/support on basic HR queries, policies and procedures
•Manage the maintenance and filing of all HR records
•Input and manage data, on a timely basis, on IS systems used by the department (SAP)
•Continually look to improve processes and implement standard work that will increase efficiency, enhance customer experience and fully utilise new developments within the HR systems
•Log and track all HR enquiries to support production of accurate HR management information
•To manage, action/distribute incoming post
•To contribute to the HR Department maintaining high standards of data security and integrity
