Our client based in Poole, Dorset are currently recruiting an experienced Fluent Norwegian speaking Team Leader to work for this well-known local company. Your role as the Team Leader is to manage a team through learning, coaching and developing staff in order to deliver first class customer support and service levels. The ideal candidate will ideally have contact centre team leader experience and be able to hit the ground running. You will also be required to complete a written test in order to display your English and Norwegian language skills.
