HR & Recruitment Administrator - Temp - £9 to 9.50 p/h

Bond Williams are delighted to be recruiting for a specialist consultancy business at their headquarter site in Poole. Due to recent structural changes within the organisation there is a now a requirement for a temporary HR & Recruitment Administrator.

You will provide guidance and support in all aspects of HR and Recruitment to the UK and Global Business Units, in accordance with company policies, protocols and process.

Main Duties include:

- Assist in recruitment process- advertising, shortlisting and arranging interviews
- To collate and provide payroll information to the external provider
- Carry out employee background checks
- Issue letters and contracts as directed by the HR Manager
- Organise the distribution collection and collation of all performance information in accordance with the agreed process
- Maintain all employee records to ensure they are complete, correct, relevant and up to date
- Managing the day to day relationship with external suppliers, including: Recruitment agencies and Sage HR
- Providing HR updates and training to line managers as and when required
- Present Equality and Diversity policy and awareness to staff and consultants on a monthly basis
- Deputising for the HR Manager in their absence and as directed including regularly presenting to the Senior Management Team
