Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Management Accountant for an 18 month contract for a large, well established organisation based in Poole.

Managing a small team, you would provide a management accounts, budgetary and other financial reporting service for a number of departmental managers including detailed analysis, advice, guidance and training as necessary. You would also continually review systems and procedures associated with these responsibilities and work closely with other finance personnel to make improvements where necessary.

You will need to have a full, recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) and possess at least 5 years + post qualification experience of managing teams and providing monthly/annual financial accounts and departmental budgets gained within a large company environment. Experience of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics) and strong Excel would also be essential. Previous experience of working within an organisation undergoing significant change would be an advantage.
