Our client based in Poole, Dorset are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager to join this highly successful market leading company. The role will focus on generating demand from the telemarketing sales process and will include leading the telemarketing teams. The role reports directly into the Head of Marketing and is fully responsible for developing and executing the new business generation and nurturing programs to achieve the companies growth plans by delivering the targeted volume of marketing qualified leads and sales appointments. You will develop a highly focused motivated marketing and telemarketing team that operates "best- in- class" – coordinated, automated and integrated –demand generation processes. The ideal candidate will be a proven manager, have a marketing degree (ideally) and possibly be a member of the chartered Institute of marketing. You will have a successful track record of success in marketing demand generation roles that include marketing automation, telemarketing and tele prospecting. You will have exposure to CRM systems and also marketing automation systems or MAP's (desirable not essential.)
