Our client based in Poole, Dorset are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a fast paced well established organisation. Your role will be to manage, motivate and develop your customer service staff (circa 15-18 members) through effective performance management, encourage a learning/coaching and feedback culture working closely with your manager to drive performance. You will support your manager with monthly and annual reviews, monitor customer service levels to ensure they are met and monitor team productivity. In addition, you will assist your manager to monitor sickness and you will focus on project work and process improvements to prevent problems arising. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading, motivating and developing teams and be keen to progress your career. A flexible attitude is required. This role is working a shift pattern rota and will include weekend work hours between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday although daily hours are 7.5 hours across 5 days a 37.5 hour week.
