Bond Williams Accounting & Finance is recruiting a Management Accountant for a
large manufacturing business based in Poole. This is a really exciting opportunity as the business is undergoing some significant positive change due to recent acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you would manage 2 staff and have responsibility for: reviewing, improving and implementing improvements to product costings and weekly forecasting You would play a key role in the implementation of new procedures and reports -daily sales, margins, material and labour variances and other daily statistics. Until a new computer system is incorporated into the business there would be extensive spreadsheet work. To be considered for this business critical opportunity, you will need to be fully qualified, ideally CIMA, with approx 2-3 years PQE within a large manufacturing operation. Strong Excel, knowledge of ERP systems and very good interpersonal skills are also essential. If you have experience within food manufacturing this would be a significant advantage but is not essential. Good working environment and development prospects.
