We are looking for a 1st Line Support / Call Handler, who will be the first contact point within the support team of our prestigious client.

The Call Handler will be tasked with taking incoming support call and emails, logging them and raising a support tickets for external customers.
The successful candidate will have extensive data inputting skills, excellent customer service skills and a clear and confident telephone manner.
Suitable candidates should possess:

· Previous 1st line support experience
· Strong Customer service skills
· confident telephone manner
· Previous experience of raising and logging support calls
· Accurate and efficient data inputting skills and experience of working on an application support database.
