Commercial Property Solicitor or ILEX

Mid sized law firm based on the Dorset Coast is expanding it's Commercial Property team and requires an experienced pair of hands to be based at it's office in Bournemouth.

This is a varied role that will require an experienced fee earner able to handle transactions relating to the sale and acquisition of retail units, "lock ups", commercial use properties and general landlord and tenant work including portfolio management.

The role would suit a dynamic and experienced fee earner with excellent academics coupled with training at a thriving law firm where a minimum of 2 years has been spent handling Commercial Property mattes. An ability to provide first class customer care and interact with clients, building new relationships and marketing is essential.
