Service Booking Advisor
Our client are looking for a Service Booking Advisor to join there busy team.
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, professional and welcoming point of contact for service booking customers who contact the office by telephone.
In addition you will provide support to the Sales team by controlling and maximising service bookings. You will need to Interpret customer's requirements in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure that all resources required to complete the work are available on schedule.

Main Duties:
To take all bookings for service work by telephone, obtaining all necessary details in respect of work required, nature of problems and where ever possible identifying specific faults
To build an understanding and knowledge of the full range of products and services.
To liaise with inter-departmental staff where necessary and ensure the customer is kept informed without delay.
Schedule all work to maximise utilisation, ensuring that work is capable of completion in line with customer's requirements offering an alternative booking if necessary.
Offering customers an estimate for work booked
To raise job cards for each job and pass them to the relevant Service Team Manager/Service Advisor, ensuring that all service documentation is completed as accurately as possible.
