HR Advisor - up to £24k + bonus - 12 month FTC - Poole

My client has been established for over 15 years and has grown to be a formidable force in their specialised industry sector. There is now a new opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the organisation and be part of a progressive and proactive HR team. You will be a proven HR generalist who can provide a professional and consistent level of HR support within the business.

Key duties will include :-
- Provide first level advice and support to line managers regarding HR and ER matters, specifically Disciplinary & Grievance and performance management procedures, escalating to HRBP where necessary.
- Champion the employee Engagement Forum and support out 'Great Place to Work' initiative
- HR Administration to support the day-to-day running of the department
- Pro actively monitor sickness levels and support Managers in ensuring adherence to process and improvements to absence level
- Work with Recruitment Advisor and Line Managers to fulfil recruitment requirements
- Support the HR Administrator to ensure that all new starter documents are returned in a timely manner and all legal & Company checks are completed
- Accurately collate the monthly payroll on time
- Complete ad-hoc HR projects as required
- Maintain employees files & HR system, and ensure they are correct, up to date and information is easily accessible at all times
