Our Client is looking to Recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their small but very busy Marketing Division in their Poole Office. The successful Digital Marketing Specialist will be required to drive digital marketing activities in Europe with the objective to increase sales revenues through the web channel. Activities will include inbound and outbound marketing tactics, building up strong working relationships with all marketing related departments across the organisation and taking responsibilities for other areas of the role to include:
· Digital campaign development, planning, execution and analysis
· Lead Web Content development projects
· Regional web appearance
· Actively look for new capabilities to further develop the digital appearance
· Keep up to date on industry know-how, trends, legal aspects, and competitive intelligence
· Liaise with strategic digital marketing to deliver regional input and support the global strategy
· Support planning and execution of internal e-communication in EMEA
The successful Digital Marketing Specialist will have a Marketing degree or equivalent and have ideally worked within either an Engineering or similar Corporate environment, as the role requires a certain level of technical ability to support the needs of the business.

In addition, it is essential that the successful applicant have the following:
· Advanced Digital Marketing skills with at least 3 years of Experience
· Preferably CIM qualification in digital marketing
· Technology experience
•CMS, email automation, HTML coding, web analytics, SEO, SEM, Social
· Excellent project management skills
· Ability to work individually or as part of a team
· Open and influential communication style
