Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Credit Controller/Customer Services Clerk for a 6-9 month maternity contract for a client based in Poole. The contract will start on 8th September.

You will have responsibility for dealing with and resolving lots of customer queries in order that payments can be received promptly, placing accounts on stop as necessary, accurately recording information on a 'real-time' system, producing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Very busy environment. The successful candidate will need to have a good telephone manner and the ability to handle customer queries and problems calmly and efficiently. Experience in credit control and/or customer services would be essential together with good Excel.
