Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Transaction Service Manager to be based in Poole for one of the UK's top 10 practices.

You would have responsibility for carrying out Transaction Services assignments and also undertake aspects of business development for this service. Specifically you would oversee the terms and scope of an assignment, manage all aspects of engagements, including budgeting, work flow, liaison with the clients, review financial statements and assist with the presentation of findings to the client.

You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with previous transaction services experiences in an accountancy practice. You will also need to be analytical, have supervisory experience and good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent working environment with good prospects and benefits.
