Residential Conveyancer - Solicitor or FILEX - Dorset

5 partner law firm with a long history within Dorset is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer able to take over an existing caseload.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions covering the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties across Dorset including specialist transactions. Whilst managing the caseload and paralegals you will also play a key part in developing business through marketing and playing a pro-active part within the local community.

This role would suit a dynamic and experienced solicitor or FILEX able to work without supervision responsible for a full caseload. You must be confident dealing with clients helping to develop business through networking and business development.
