Our client based in Poole, Dorset are recruiting for a Customer Services Supervisor to join this highly successful local company. As the Customer Service Supervisor you will be employed on a fixed term contract basis to cover for maternity leave for 6-9 months. The roles focus is to provide excellent customer service levels at all times, handling calls/emails from customers, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date and investigation into queries. The ideal candidate will have worked within a busy customer services environment, have a good working knowledge of Excel together with the ability to work to SLA's and within a highly regulated industry. The role will be managing one staff member. The ideal candidate will be of a robust character able to work to a "real time" system and able to deal with difficult customers.
