Part time HR Advisor - Permanent - Poole - £23-25k FTE

Bond Williams are exclusively working with a well known Dorset based business. The position will provide support to the company with recruitment and general HR duties to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:-
* Recruitment
* Manage the end to end process for recruitment across the organisation to include:
- Drafting and placing of adverts, reviewing CV's and arranging interviews
- Assist with interviewing where required
- Prepare all necessary correspondence for new employees – to include offer letters and contracts of employment
* Ensure that induction procedures are carried out effectively
* Provide necessary information to managers to ensure they complete the probationary and annual performance
* Database management
* Maintain all necessary employee records (in line with Data Protection Act) on the HR database to include:
- Starters
- Leavers
- Absence records (sickness, holiday, maternity, paternity etc.)
- Training records – update and monitor training records to ensure H&S compliance where appropriate

General HR
* Provide advice and guidance to Board of Directors on HR issues
* Review and update of Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation
* Assist with administration of the company Pension scheme
* Other general HR duties as required
* Collate necessary information for monthly payroll in conjunction with Finance department & payroll bureau
* Assist managers with new role profiles and review if existing where role has changed
* Point of contact for external H&S consultant
* Support & guide managers with any HR matters that arise
