Our client based in Poole, Dorset are recruiting for a Senior Marketing/Telemarketing Manager to join this highly successful market leading company.
Your role reports directly into the Head of Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing the prospect generation and nurturing programs to achieve the companies growth plans by delivering the targeted volume of marketing qualified leads and sales appointments. You will develop a highly focused motivated marketing and telemarketing team that operates "best- in- class" – coordinated, automated and integrated –demand generation processes. The role focus is to contribute to the growth of the company, achieve go- to market, portfolio and channel mix objectives and contribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a proven manager, have a marketing degree and ideally be a member of the chartered Institute of marketing. You will have a successful track record of success in marketing demand generation roles that include marketing automation, telemarketing and tele prospecting. You will have exposure to CRM systems and also marketing automation systems or MAP's. This is a newly created role that you can make your own managing a campaign manager together with the telemarketing team.
