Group Employee Engagement Manager - Dorset - Negotiable salary

Bond Williams are delighted to be partnering with a global and iconic business for the recruitment of an Group Employee Engagement Manager. This is a newly created position and hugely important to aid in the continued expansion plans of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:-
· Deliver best practise engagement strategy to improve retention and build upon the employer brand externally in line with the Group HR strategy.
· Ensure the current employee engagement initiatives are consistent, embedded and fully utilised within the organisation.
· Continually improve existing initiatives to ensure they remain current and relevant.
· Working with the local HR teams, ensuring that all new and acquired sites have the relevant engagement initiatives in place.
· Consider language and cultural differences across the multiple sites across the globe by ensuring that the engagement and communication initiatives are consistent globally and adaptable locally.
· Ensure that all employees engage and support the company values through effective communication and initiatives.
· Work towards achieving The Times Top 100 Best Companies status through effective engagement strategies.
