Our client based in Central Poole, Dorset are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support the sales teams of this well established and successful PLC. Your main role is to provide administration support to the sales team in the producing of proposals and bids/quotations. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent written English as well as superb customer service skills displayed both over the phone and on email. You will have the ability to build rapport both internally and externally and be able to offer solutions not problems to your teams. Daily duties include preparing tender documents, writing quotes, updating the internal systems checking all documents with the correct marketing materials. The ideal candidate may have come from a compliance background who has the ability to spot errors and has strong attention to detail.
