Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Part Time Payroll Co-Ordinator for approx 30 hours per week.

You would have sole responsibility for all aspects of payroll processing (monthly) for just over 350 employees including managing RTI and auto enrolment. Calculation of hours/pay from timesheets for a large number of employees, shift payments, SSP, SMP, SAP,SPP, starters/leavers, court orders, payment of pension/PAYE and court orders, providing information to building societies, lettings agents, etc, all statutory filings: P14/P60, P45, P11D etc, monthly and year end reconciliations and dealing with queries. Some flexibility would be required on the weekly hours to meet the requirements of the job.

You will need to have significant large payroll experience with a strong eye for detail and good interpersonal skills. Experience of computerised payroll systems essential, together with good Excel skills. Parking available and pension. Opportunity for immediate start if available at short notice.
