Senior Support Analyst – Dorset – Circa £23k

As the Senior Support Analyst, you will be part of the team within the IT Help Desk, providing IT support and excellent customer service to internal and remote teams across the business. You will also be the link between other Analysts and the Team Leader

Suitable candidates should possess:
• Previous Service Desk or Help Desk experience
• Experience in troubleshooting Computer Hardware and Software including Microsoft Applications, Printer faults and Operating systems.
• Experience of Windows8
• Advanced Microsoft Office user
• Experience of working with Active Directory
• PC and Laptop builds
• Server Builds
