Recruiting exclusively through CMA, our client is the UKs largest distribution company within their particular field. They currently have an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join their team at the head office in Poole.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and with three staff reporting, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts for group companies, which will include calculation of nominal journals for accruals, prepayments, revenue and expenditure, balance sheet reconciliations, inter-company analysis, variance analysis, quarterly budgets and forecasts, and interpretation of results to provide monthly commentary. Additionally, you will also supervise and review purchase ledger, sales ledger and cashbooks.
AAT qualified, you will have experience of working within management accounts, and supervisory experience, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
